Repaired my HP Chromebook x360 Trampoline Touchpad
This product was a perfect replacement to the cable inside my HP Chrombook x360. Due to a design flaw in the cable routing and arrangement inside the x360 Chromebook, the original cable shorted out against the mounting bracket for the touchpad. Catastrophic failure resulting in the touchpad no longer working and when I took it apart it had blown out the copper straps inside the cabling. I ordered this product, received it two days. Dropped it in and modified the mounting frame on the touchpad. Works good as new. Thank you for delivering this product replacement. Perfect fit and perfect fix...

I'm not sure I got all that I was supposed to but this was exactly what I needed..... My Lenovo C940s power button ribbon cable had the pressure arm break off (on the motherboard). Last time I hot glued the cable down. It was like this for a long while. Some maintenance led to the cable tearing and I needed a replacement. It is narrower (lenovo cable is over 5mm) but pin spacing is correct (0.5mm) and 6 pin. Everything lined up and it was the perfect length. A helpful hint to those conducting the repair: No hot glue under cable. Center the cable in the connector Glue the sides Glue the top While the glue is still hot and liquid Press down on connector and apply pressure Apply pressure for at least 15 seconds Slowly lift your thumb and make sure no glue comes with

Worked like a charm for ASUS ROG Strix laptop's LED.
Great purchase. Other's with exact name where VERY expensive for no reason, all you need know is that the pins are same size and position.

PS5 Drive Compatible.
Ordered this part as a replacement for the switch board connector on a PS5 disk drive. Looks like it is long enough and fits the drive connector perfectly.

These are very small, so very difficult to try to adapt; but check out meccanicity for generic breakouts. So far, works well.

May/may not function in a new 2017 Alienware
I've been looking for a Alienware 17 r4 motherboard 0.5mm power cable hopefully not same as before I've ordered 2 different brand already they didn't fit were completely wrong size,this is a longer version with larger contacts which is what I'm looking for to connect the power circuit ,the old copper cable completely corroded apart definitely need a replacement .
