This product is simply exceptional -- it significantly reduced (indeed almost eliminated) hip and knee symptoms that I could not seem to shake off, even with physical therapy. It must be taken every single day in order to see results, which may take a few days to show up. I actually take less than the recommended dose, but it has helped tremendously. One thing I recommend is to add it to a warm beverage, such as coffee, because the heat helps it dissolve completely, whereas it does not dissolve as well in cold water and tends to clump. You will not notice any taste, at least I don't in my coffee. But otherwise it has been for me a game changer. I cannot guarantee you will experience the same results, as we are all different, but I personally can only recommend it.

I love this! I put it in my coffee every morning. It does have a slight taste but nothing too awful. It works best in a hot beverage. I don't notice the taste at all when I put it in my favorite tees. This collagen helped me keep a frozen shoulder from developing. It's great!

I’ve been grappling with elbow and forearm pain for months, so I decided to give this treatment a try. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to be effective for me. I’ll give it 3 stars because it likely works for other people with different issues, so I can’t say it’s a terrible product.

I recently had a bicep reattachment and a full rotator tear repair and my friend recommended I try this product to aid in faster healing. I was able to get moving in a couple weeks (my other rotator repair took months to get to where I could begin to use it. I am at 1 month and watching my weight restrictions but able to fully use my are without pain. Doctor is very pleased with my fast healing.
