Berryman Products Berryman 1512 Octane Booster Fuel Treatment Pour-in Long-Neck Bottle Capless Tank Compatible, 12-Ounce

My application for this product is very specific and undoubtedly proves the product works. I have a custom supercharged mustang that produces 10.5lbs of boost at 5800 RPM. There is no boost timing retard and the ECU does not have a knock sensor on this application. I have a stand alone knock sensor safety warning light that's all. The car will not run on pump gas period. I have tried all other brands as many retailers no longer carry the Berryman octain booster; none of the other brands work with a single application. I use 1 bottle to 12 gallons. This mix results in a knock free experience. When I say knock free, please realize the engine sounds like the crank is going to come out of the oil pan at any RPM above 2200 without a race gas mix or Berryman mix. This is a street car and I do drive it. I keep three spare bottles in the trunk and a bypass belt/blowoff valve full time vacuum port; to disable the supercharger should I get caught without the product. Car rubs piggy rich in when in bypass but rich is safe. Praise Amazon for keep this product accessible. I had genuine concerns should this product become unavailable and who wants to turn down the boost? For those of you with computer controlled engines, you may see improvements in some applications but please keep in mind your ECU is designed to run at 93 octain and rarely will it adjust beyond this limit to take advantage of more advanced timing. More advanced timing (like more Air/Fuel/Compression) gives you more power but at the requirement of more octain to raise the flash point (the point at which the fuel ignites on its own due to the heat of compression) preventing pre-detonation aka knock. Stock cars with poor gas or cars that require 93 octane fuel (modified cars or say a free flowing air intake and exhaust) are the more likely candidates to see benefits in the form of maintaining access to peak ECU settings. Those with ECU programmers will also most likely be able to dial in more advanced timing. Each application will be different, results will vary and there is no magic in a bottle.... But this stuff in the prescribed applications does simply work. I trust it and expect results every time I hit the key.

This product works consistently well for the low price. I will stay with this product.

By using this product help me cutting down my budgets for premium gasoline. I add I bottle for my full tank gas on my car. Car is running good by using regular gasoline.

My rating is as much about the shipping as it is the product. Product does what is expected. The shipping however was not good. The seal was broken and it leaked half the product in the shipping box. Not worth the hassle.

Low octane fuel used in my truck this fixed the problem.
