Within 4 months, this tv tuner card failed. Laptop shows error power surge in USB drive.

It doesn't work! I had bought an identical looking product from amazon.in for about 600. That didn't work. Returned that and bough this at 1499, and the only improvement is that the audio is working and clear, but video is black/white and flickers. The honestech software that came on the cd is broken - it doesn't show video even from the built-in camera (showed for some time and then disappeared). Update: got a replacement. Doesn't work. This time, no video at all - neither on honestech software, nor on camtasia. See attached video.

This is not working and no one in the world has 32 bit machine now . It is obsolete product and not able to use it

Convertisseur de très mauvaise qualité. Image sacade, peu de couleur, pourtant VHS en tres bon état, fonctionne parfaitement sur la TV sans passer par le convertisseur. Je suis très déçu de cet achat.

No funciona. La imagen aparece movida. No se puede grabar. No es el software, probe varios y es lo mismo, es el dispositivo quw no sirve.

Considerato che arriva dalla Cina e quindi ci sono stati i tempi di sdoganamento è arrivato velocemente ed in anticipo sulla data prevista. E' un ottimo prodotto che funziona benissimo con Windows 10. Ottimo il dialogo tra la mia Canon 625i ed il Desktop. Unica cosa le istruzioni che non ci sono in Italiano. Era da tempo che cercavo il modo di trasferire i miei video sul PC che non è provvisto di una porta FireWire, ma adesso ci sono riuscito ......... Ottimo prodotto. Vittorio

Worked from the very start, converted my camcorder tapes with no issues with either video or audio. This is an extremely inexpensive way to convert your old technology tapes to a digital format. I personally used OBS Studop software which is very easy to use, you just need to add the source of recording which in my case was my JVC camcorder and then you are good to go. It's real time recording, 60min tapes will record 60min and if you convert to .MKV format 60min tape is around 6.5gb in size. The only thing is with OBS software you need to manually stop recording once the tape is done playing. I am very happy!
