I began taking this two weeks ago, and I have nothing but good things to say. The capsules are small and easy to swallow; if you’re like me and need capsules for easier absorption, this is the one to buy. I’m starting to feel the effects of taking it daily, and I’m going to take it at night before a meal from now on. It seems to boost my energy up. Since I’m older, my body produces less of this. I’m extremely picky with my supplements and this one ticked all the good boxes off. Detox, antioxidant, anti-aging, stronger immune system, and more. My metabolism is slow, so this is one supplement I won’t skip. My immune system is compromised, another reason I love this product. It’s made in the USA so I feel good about my purchase and the contents being all natural.

Affordable, but effective?
These capsules are rather large and the recommended dosage is 3 caps/day. I want to believe the potency is high quality however at 3 caps/day chances are slim. I do, however, appreciate its affordability, the claims of GF, SF, etc and have had a reduced amount of pain in my joints. That could be a result of many factors but hopefully it is a direct result of the glutathione. There’s no flavor to the pills so it’s pleasant to take. I just hope that it truly IS having a positive effect on my body.

Other forms are more absorbable.
I use this product sublingual to improve the absorption. I should have purchased the Liposomal glutathione or S-acetyl glutathione because they are more absorbable forms. I don’t know if it works or not but I hope it does.

Amazing product
Glutathione fresh nutrition is very important to me because it gives me energy during the day and I sleep very well at night. I take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule before going to bed . Why did you pick this product vs others?: Amazing product
