Q: What is the difference between classic and regular?

The new packaging is a new clean label formulation which has no artificial colors, flavors or ingredients

Q: Do you make any freeze dried ice cream sandwiches with vanilla cookies?

I have been able to find it in vanilla, chocolate, and Neapolitan. But since 2020 many things have been difficult to find. I guess we just have to wait until they are fully staffed and their production is back up to what it used to be.

Q: Can you peel the cookie away from the ice cream?

You could try turning it on the side and use a knife to separate the cookie and ice cream. It is very crumbly. I Do not recommend this item, it is disgusting.
