I’ve heard amazing things about these Thayers Blemish Clearing Pads and had been eyeing them for a while. When I saw them for only five dollars on Black Friday, I added them to my order and thank God I did! These absolutely live up to the hype. I have extremely acne-prone skin and take my skincare very seriously. I had recently stopped using tretinoin for unrelated reasons, and since adding these pads into my routine, I’ve noticed a real decrease in my breakouts. My skin looks brighter, clearer, and overall healthier. The lemongrass gives these a bright citrus scent that I actually enjoy, even though I usually don’t like fragrance in skincare — but since it comes naturally from the lemongrass, it feels clean and refreshing. The pads themselves have the perfect level of texture for gentle exfoliation. I’ve tried blemish pads from other brands, and none compare. A lot of “textured” pads feel like they’re doing nothing, but these actually make my skin look brighter after just one use. They deep clean my pores, remove dirt and sweat, and help prevent breakouts thanks to the salicylic acid — all without leaving my skin sticky like some salicylic acid serums do. Honestly, these are even better than the Peter Thomas Roth pads that cost $48 for the same amount. The quality is incredible, and I will continue to repurchase these again and again, sale or no sale. If you struggle with acne, these are genuinely game-changing.

I’ve had an on going folliculitus and keratosis pilaris problem on my arms for months now, topical antibiotics and urea wasn’t really helping the deep pimples/cysts that were forming all over the place and I got these to wipe my arms down at night before bed. Within two days I have now seen a dramatic difference with the swelling, redness and irritation. Also, love the lemongrass scent and it’s also not leaving my skin feeling dry either other than where the irritated spots are shrinking and dissipating which is only expected as those spots try and heal. After many visits to the doctor and months of trying different products that were pricey, glad to have found something that works and is affordable.

Quickly resolved forehead breakout. They also smell amazing, super refreshing smell and feel. They also aren’t harsh and actually leaves my face feeling somewhat moisturized. Highly recommend.

I think this is a great blemish pad! I’ve used others in the past (salicylic acid, antibiotic, etc.) to help with acne but my skin is too sensitive for most others. This one still has a slight burn when applying but calms down more quickly than others I’ve used. I would recommend avoiding applying around the nose/mouth as these areas tend to be more sensitive and the skin barrier breaks down more easily. There’s also an herbal smell - I didn’t really mind that much but others might. Overall, I’ve noticed an improvement to my skin texture and I like how affordable this is. Will be repurchasing :)

2% salicylic acid is the standard concentration for treating acne, enlarged pores without stripping or irritating skin. I have dry, mature, somewhat sensitive skin, with an oily t-zone and some enlarged pores. I use this one on my forehead and t-zone, and I like the results. My pores look smaller after I wash my face then use this, especially on my nose. The pads are a little scratchy for my semi-sensitive skin, so I dab rather than swipe. I have experienced no irritation or over stripping, but I use as and where needed. If you're new to chemical exfoliants, start slow and observe results. Daily is not always needed. Great product, and you just can't beat the price. Enjoy!

I’ve been using these pads for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with them. They help keep my breakouts under control without completely drying out my skin. The pads have a light texture that feels like it’s actually cleaning and exfoliating, and my skin feels fresh after using them. I also like that they don’t sting much and don’t leave my face feeling tight. Easy to use and definitely something I’ll keep repurchasing.

My teenager is LAZY, cleaning anything (even on himself) is never a priority. We got these because he was having a pretty significant acne breakout and this is as simple as it can get. The pads are good sized, thick and good quality. We also got some spot treatment gel and teen moisturizer so his skin is softer and he way less breakouts. We’ve been having him use it once a day for one week and I’d say it’s about 65% cleared up so far!

My son dove headfirst into puberty and developed a moderate amount of acne. We started with plain witch hazel which kept it under control for a small amount of time. But a couple of months ago, our dermatologist recommending adding something with salicylic acid. He is on the autism spectrum and very scent sensitive. These pads have a lemony scent. He did not like it at first but when I suggested it smells a bit like lemonade, he got used to it quite quickly. We use it twice a day and it has cleared up his skin very well. Price is great especially considering some of the competing products on the market.

It is a wonderful product. It helps to clear acne, soothe inflammation, and tighten pores. this product removes excess oil from skin surfaces while clearing dead skin cells, dirt, and debris from clogged pores. I will buy again.
