I love how this workout combines toning/ conditioning with cardio
This workout is broken into three sections (plus warm up and stretch): cardio, weights, and pilates. The pilates is the longest. I love how this workout combines toning/ conditioning with cardio. The use of the chair is unique and really gets the heart rate up (you could also do it without a chair and substitute a step bench and/or ball depending on the exercise). I felt well worked but long, exactly the kind of workout I like these days. It reminded me of Tracie Long and Michelle Dozois's body 360 workouts.
