Review: Logitech makes the best - The other reviews are correct that setting it up is challenging, but find someone under age 20 to help and you'll get it. We had to find an old out-of-date computer that hadn't been upgraded in ten years. It can't handle new operating systems. It is a great controller although we still need to use our cable-box remote to switch between programs. Maybe there's a way to teach this remote to do it, but I'd have to have that 20-year-old back for another afternoon. Logitech is so much better than the others, it's a shame they aren't making new ones that keep up with the times.

**Q: Is it Att U-verse receiver compatible?**
A: I think that it should control any make set top box. U-verse should not be an exception.

**Q: Is there shortcut/button for Devices? I only see Activity one?**
A: There is a shortcut button below the display on the right

**Q: Does this worke with Bose 500 soundbar?**
A: A quick browse of the internet reveals it does but there may be limitations.  Suggest you conduct a more in-depth search to determine whether the level of support meets your needs.

**Q: Love the simplicity but how do you change channels from one end to another without going through them one at a time?**
A: Hook it up to your computer and take the time to program your smart buttons
