I ordered a pack of these face masks in April when it looked like we would be wearing them in public for a while. The delivery date was approx. 5 weeks, as they were coming from China and actually it took a lot longer, they arrived in June but this seemed to be down to delivery systems and as we were all reeling from lockdowns everywhere, it isn't surprising. The face masks are like the picture. Neat rectangles with folds to stretch out over nose and chin and with elastic to go over the ear. The box I received had 5 packets of 10 face masks. I have been travelling with a packet, so at the point I'm in contact with people I can put on a mask and keep my germs etc. to myself. I feel they were good value for money.

They are really good masks. They come in a box and are packed separately in the box. The only thing I found was they were a little bit big for me. I am going to make one of those pieces of material that go at the back of your head that you can attach the elastic to. I think it would be ok then.

Product only arrived today 09/05/20 and were ordered 18/04/20 so international shipping a very slow process. However, product well packaged (boxed and each pack of 10 in a separate sealed pack). Outer packaging sturdy too. Masks are a good fit too (others have not been so good as earloops can be too loose) so gives confidence that some protection is offered. After waiting so long I was going to cancel and requested a refund but seller offered 10 pounds compensation for the long wait so much appreciated

My order arrived today 2 months after ordering (Covid related). The vendor has been good at responding to my queries, and refunded £10 for the delay, which was good. The packaging (not the cardboard post packing) was impressive. Good box, professional, not an anonymous plastic bag. The 50 pieces were sealed in 5 individual 10 mask lots, which was also good. It was EN marked 14683, but without grade: it does say for use "in the general medical environment", but also "non-asceptic" which suggests not bacteria resistant. For use in the pandemic they should be fluid resistand and type 2R or better. I am a bit disappointed, for 2 other reasons. 1) the masks are not generously made: slightly less wide and a full centimetre less deep than the ones they are replacing. 2) when fitting the first one out of the box, the pleats gave way on one side (because of the width / depth issue). I wait to see if this is a fault of design, manufacture, or of my doing.

although delayed in arriving, with good communication throughout with seller, the box arrived today ok. The face masks seem to be excellent quality for domestic and travel use, very light and non constricting in wearing. Given current Gov guidance that we need to wear these in confined or travel situations then these masks will def do the job and very good value for money.

Seems a bit gougey price wise but they work, not especially uncomfortable to wear if you're not used to wearing face masks in public, did feel slightly weird wearing them to the supermarket but its strange days we live in. remember to pinch it over your nose with the little metal strip to keep the bugs out / in and throw it away when you get home Its a face mask and we all need to wear them now I guess

This was supposed to arrive in the 3rd week of May at the latest but turned up in the second week of June. There was nothing wrong with the goods and they are perfectly alright and exactly what I was expecting. Amazon had already offered me a refund but I'm glad I persisted.

Original order was dated 17 April 2020. Whilst I appreciate the problems with supply of PPE to the UK for the past few months my delivery date was altered three times with assurances it was on the way, the last time I was informed the order was in the country and held up by customs!!, excuses me tyinks. Suspect I am not the only one in this predicament and as PPE is now mandatory in Scotland across various sections I had no choice but to cancel my order ask for a refund and attempt to procure masks elsewhere. This last entry is an update, I sourced two types of masks, disposable and washable from a UK company and they were delivered within 48hours.
