A friend recommended these, and I am so glad she did. The only certainties in life are death, taxes, and springtime colds in the Kennedy household. Every year around the start of spring, the change in weather (especially here in North Carolina where the weather is temperamental) and swaths of pollen create a perfect storm which inevitably leads to both my wife and I becoming struck by SEVERE colds. It's not out of the ordinary for them to last several weeks. In fact, last year she and I were about two coughs away from pneumonia. After that experience, we were determined to prepare ourselves for the annual onslaught. Plus, my wife works for a hospital with COVID19 patients, so we definitely wanted to take extra precautions. We knew we needed to boost our vitamin-C intake, and a friend told us about these. We probably owe her a dinner or something now, because we made it through this seasonal gauntlet without getting sick. Can't remember the last time that happened. Yes, we did have the occasional sneeze and allergy headache (because pollen is stubborn and of the devil), but neither one of us ever came close to showing the early telltale signs of a cold--or anything else for that matter. The label calls for you to take two of these each day, but we only took one since we already take multi-vitamins containing vitamin-C. Obviously, your results may be different, but even at half the recommended dosage, these exceeded our expectations and saved us from weeks of frustration and sickness. So, yes. We recommend these without any reservations whatsoever.

Arrived very quickly & packaged very well. I did not realize there was a difference on the vitamin C that you used. But I did some research on liposomal vitamin c and it is proven to absorb into your body faster and so the benefits received are so much better for you and your body! The products from Whole Nature are fantastic! I will definitely buy additional items through them.

I like the high absorption of this vitamin c. It has been more than 45 days since i use this. I can say this is good vitamin. I sometimes have canker sore in my mouth and ever since taking this, I have not had it. I take 2 daily.

I been taking Vitamin C for a while as part of my daily supplement as it boosts our immune system..since I’m taking this one thing I noticed is I’m not taking allergy meds anymore, coz mostly in the morning I had stuffy nose and I’ll take allergy tab before going out and I’m happy to say it’s 3 weeks now that I’m only taking religiously my Liposomal Vit C, allergy free and it works well to my daughter....I just placed my 2nd order.

I am in a State where the pollen is really bad plus I work in a hospital with covid patients. Almost every year I have severe allergy - sneezing and coughing kills me, so of course I know I need Vitamin C. I'm so glad I bought this one. I have been taking this for more than a month now and I'm surprised, I didn't get sick this year so far. Co-incidence? Maybe or maybe not but I think I will stick to this Vitamin C.
