We did NOT receive the spike key with the shoes. One of the spikes was broken. The spikes were not completely inserted into the bottom of the shoes. How are we to fix the spikes without a key?

Solicité 6 y llegó 6 pero UK ósea 7US la verdad no me sirve pero dada la urgencia tuve aceptarlo. Esperemos la prox vez informen que la talla que ponen es UK y no US, por eso compro en Amazon.com

No flex to the shoe. My son only wore a few times, and then we switched back to his regular running shoes.
