As life has become so unpredictable, that even 'breathing' is risky my husband and I decided that we might as well eat whatever we enjoy and if we die at least we do so happily! I’m an old & these sausages remind me strongly of how Cumberlands used to taste 30 plus years ago. I think a lot of places using beef collagen instead of natural pork casings have also compromised on ingredients and they’re just not the same. Rest assured these are the real deal and I’m happy to have found them!

Meat products should be shipped with dry ice. I sent this to my husband in the UK I live in America. They used regular ice which was melted. And the sausages were warm.
