A excellent rug
Arrived on time; is in excellent condition; is very good value for the money; looks great.

Looks lovely but...
The rug looked great when it arrived and seemed to be of good quality - but it needs almost daily vacuuming as it sheds and tufts of carpet come out. It is in a moderate traffic area in the living room, and we don't wear shoes in the house, so I am concerned that in six months, there will be bald spots.It was shipped from India, so not that easy to return as I would have to foot the bill. Also, be aware that you will be expected to pay customs duty on import which was not mentioned on the product page and came in at over £50 (I did get this back with Amazons help but it is still a nasty surprise!).
