Hepatrombin gel has local antithrombotic, anti-edema and anti-inflammatory action, stimulates the metabolism of tissues, granulation and epithelialization of tissues, improves local blood flow. Indication: Treatment of superficial vein diseases, such as varicose veins, and associated complications; phlebotrombosis, thrombophlebitis, superficial periflebitis. Postoperative varicose phlebitis, complications after surgical removal of the subcutaneous veins of the lower extremities. Injuries and bruises, infiltrates and localized edema, subcutaneous hematomas. Injuries and sprains of musculoskeletal and capsule structures. Method of administration and dose. Apply local. Treatment should be started with a dose of 50,000 IU / 100 g, whereas a dose of 30,000 IU / 100 g should be used to continue treatment. On and around the affected area, apply 1-3 times a day a layer of cream about 1 mm thick and rub it lightly into the skin. At diseases of veins it is possible to impose a venous bandage. In the case of phlebitis, this medicine should not be rubbed into the skin, but only applied to the affected area with a layer about 1 mm thick and bandaged with a flexible bandage. The duration of treatment is determined individually by the doctor depending on the course of the disease.
