Pure Mountain Botanicals Dong Quai Capsules - Kosher Vegan Caps with 500mg Dong Quai Root Supplement

I got these because my postpartum bleeding was going longer and was heavier than expected. My sister suggested it, so I tried it. Working my way up from 1 capsule twice a day to 5 capsules twice a day, which is higher than the bottle’s suggested dosage, but it did help the bleeding slow and finally come to a complete stop. I got this brand over others because it doesn’t have other random ingredients mixed in, it’s just Dong Quai in capsules. It’s a good product, so I bought some more for my birth box. :)

I've tried several Dong quai brands and this one gets results with hot flashes. It takes 4 twice a day to do the trick but it works.

This isn’t a super common herb, and when I do find it, it has several additives. Always look at the ingredients of anything you buy that goes in your body! I was suspicious of the one I was taking previously. Just opening my first bottle of this though, I knew it was pure. I just received my second bottle and am very pleased with it. I definitely notice the difference. Highly recommend if you are a woman needing some hormone support.

I have the worst pms ever. I fall into to 30% of horrible pms. Pain, mental issues, acne, cyst, fibroids, and much more. I’ve tried everything you can get your hands in and every brand. There is very little history and documentation about it so it worries me a little and it says if cancer runs in your family don’t use it which cancer does run in my family heavily but geez my life has been ruined with horrible nightmare periods so I am taking my chances!!

I noticed right away the fresh pungent odor of the contents upon opening the bottle. This supplement has been a welcome addition to my hormonal support regimen.

I normally use a different brand. Wanted to try this one because it’s organic. Didn’t provide the same balance and clarity. Didn’t seem as potent. Might have been resolved by increasing the dosage but I decided to go back to my usual brand.

I really love Pure Mountain Botanicals products. I heard about them through a friend at work. She let me sample some of her Dong Quai and I can honestly say that it is much better quality than other brands I've tried. I plan on purchasing other supplements as well. Dong Quai is really helpful for my anemia. I love this product because it is organic, which is really important when buying herbs.
