HY-KO Products PLS-60 Handicap Parking Lot Stencil, 48" x 48"

Worked just right. Had to leave it lay out in the sun for a while so it would flatten out, from being folded.

I used this stencil for a handicap parking spot and it worked Great! The stencil was made of a thin plastic material and was folded in quarters. I left the stencil out in the sun on a flat area for a couple of hours to flatten out and it worked well. The stencil worked well even though the asphalt driveway was not perfectly flat. The outlines were well marked and we used a roller to apply paint, the stencil can be used multiple times although I only used once. I would recommend this product.

Perfect for our needs. Plastic was a bit flimsy and had to be held down in multiple places in order to keep the wind from flowing through when we were painting. A little thicker plastic sheet would be more helpful or perhaps mounting it on something that’s more rigid. Otherwise a great product for the cost

Took a while to get it to lay flat. I used a heat gun to soften the material and put weight on it. have used it on a few jobs and it is functional. I had to make a sleeve to store it flat. Very good for the money.

Easy to paint, had to use some rocks to flatten out I’d suggest to lay it out before needing it. Bit still works if I just take it out of the box and get it done

Used this for my son's Eagle Scout project. He installed handicapped parking at a local library. Unfortunately it is winter, so laying this out in the sun to flatten it didn't work. Used a blow dryer/heat gun on the creases helped, but not much. We used bricks, rocks, wood, and metal stakes to help hold it down while we painted. We tried a spray gun, roller, and brush. The gun painted underneath the template and failed. The roller and brush worked best if you started at edge of template and stroked in. We ended up just using a few objects on the corners to hold it down and used our hands to hold it down flat where we were painting. It turned out decent, but they could design this much better than folding into a square.

Well made, good quality. Can be used over & over.Problems: comes rolled up. You need to let it set out for a LOOOOONG time with weights all over to flatten it or do what I did and use a hair dryer to make it lay flat. This works best on a very smooth surface. If the surface is smooth you can roll on the paint, if not you have to use spray paint. If you roll on paint over a rough surface paint tends to go under the stencil and does not give a crisp outline, it will also run up the underside of the decal making a mess no matter how tight you have it to the surface.Be warned, be careful & it does the job.

The Stencil worked as advertised. We were able to get about 5 uses out of it as it began to circle around the edges as the paint dried. Would buy again when the signs need redoing.

Very easy to use. Durability was great for multiple use.

Easy to use. Hard plastic can be use more than once. I use a spray paint just to outline the stencil and then used a paint brush to finish it.
