I have heard so many great things about adaptogens and love having these on hand, I do prefer to open the capsule and add it to things though because I try to limit the amount of capsules I am consuming (they are more processed). But I gave this a shot and it surprisingly tastes fine. Now , just to clarify I am a person who does not kind taking vitamins - I find them easy to wallow and since the serving size is four I will pop two at a time.I found that since taking this I have increase energy. It’s easier for me to get up in the morning and to work ( essential worker ! ) and I’m more alert. The biggest thing is I have had a consistent workout routine since taking this and I honestly would normally have fallen off of my routine by now. I feel that this gives me that extra boost that I need.
