I really hate this author's writing style. It's very conversational, which for someone analytical like myself is very annoying and off-putting. The substance itself (once you get through the conversational fluff) is helpful, but nothing I haven't heard before.

Good book. Simple but effective concepts. Nothing new but all important. Worth the money but I don't think any of the other reviewers are actually in business!
