This Post Surgical Chin Strap Bandage is a high quality item. My neck is 15" so right at the top of medium and at the bottom of the large size. I went with medium because I find bandages tend to stretch over time. The medium is perfect for me. This item has a strap that goes around the neck and under the chin, perfect for post neck surgery to keep things in place particularly at night. It also has a band over the head and something most bandages do not have, a band around the back of the head. The bandage that goes around the back of the head it what makes this item exceptional! Others with a strap over the head and around the neck only have the tendency to slide forward over the forehead particularly when sleeping. The triple Velcro straps ensures that doesn't happen with this bandage. This bandage is very comfortable and has enough velcro length to allow for sterile pads between my cheek and the bandage itself. Once my stiches our removed I don't see a problem with having just the fabric against my skin. Highly recommend.

This is a top quality medical grade product. The design is the only one of its kind on Amazon. I am so happy with it that I immediately ordered another one. The material is strong, firm with medium compression. The design is adjustable at the top of head, back of head and back of neck. The quality construction is superb so the velcro doesn't get caught in my hair at all. It is so comfortable to sleep with it. It doesn't slide off when sleeping and the velcro closure at back of head is so well made that I cannot feel it when laying down.. So happy to find a top product.

I had chin lipo and was looking for a compression garment that was different from the MD that the doctor had provided me with. The MD was working just fine but it would slip off at night when I was sleeping. I choose this one because it has two straps so I thought it would stay in place but it didn’t. On top of that it’s so uncomfortable. I made sure to read the size chart and I bought my correct size so it’s not a size issue. It squeezes your face so you end up looking like a fish and the edge seams are very thick so they leave a funny mark on your face. I’m not returning just because I made a few adjustments trying to find a way to keep it and I just ended up breaking it. Don’t buy.

Does the work but should be made of a stronger material and the back strap keep loosing all the time, but I like the open holes for the ears to como out. So post surgical for the price is not bad. But can be better

I recently had a neck tuck and lift, and as per the recovery instructions must wear one of these Post Surgery Neck and Chin Compression Garment Wrap Bandage. However, I was not happy with the first one which was too wide around my neck, and had only one wide strap on top. This one, has two straps on top, which prevents it from slipping down or back, and allows for a piney tail or bun. Very happy with it.

I had lipo under my chin and needed something to sleep in other than an ace bandage. There are three straps that are adjustable to make sure this hits the right spots under your chin/neck which is nice BUT the area that cups your chin is very confining and the ear holes aren't going to line up for everyone apparently. I made four slits, one at the top of the chin, one at the bottom of the neck and one at each ear and now it's comfortable enough to sleep in. I have to do this for 2 weeks so comfort is most important without feeling too squished in the face or claustrophobic.My measurements landed me between med/large so I bought the large and I'm glad I did. You can always make it tighter, making it looser isn't possible. I see why some people said it was too large and some said it was too small, they're both right. I found it too large in the ear area (and the holes too low) and neck and too tight in the chin. It's better than the ace bandage I was sent home with so there's that.

THE BEST PURCHASE FOR POST OPP CHIN IMPLANT. A MUST! I was panicking because I did not know I needed to have one for post opp. This product doesnt have enough recognition. I ordered a SIZE MEDIUM by totally guessing not even measuring my neck. Thankfully it fit and was super easy to put on.This was waaay easier than my previous contraption of using a thick athletic wrap around my face that made me feel like I was suffocating.Material ✅✅✅Fit✅✅✅
