Update: Compliments all the time. I can't take this thing out without people giving me all sorts of compliments on it. Very eye catching and unique. After frequent use around the city as a day-bag, the case's "gem cuts" are a little banged up and scratched, but it's hardly noticeable. All pieces still in perfect working order, even over the pretty rough and less-than-clean streets of San Francisco. I still struggle with the snap divider; it's not a perfect solution and doesn't separate things spectacularly, but it's serviceable. The rest of the bag is so great I don't even want to dock it a star.This is exactly as pictured. It's small for a carry-on, might even fit under some seats vs. overhead bins. It's stylish and stands out, although the wheels and handle feel cheap because they're so lightweight...on the other hand, I really needed something lightweight so I'll have to wait and see if it holds up to use. I like that the interior is a lighter color so my clothes show up better inside. The snap-in divider is nice, but the snaps did give me a tiny bit of trouble to get to click together. The zipper/handle/wheel spokes/etc. are VERY rose gold, almost straight up anodized pink colored. I was anticipating more of a gold-gold; it's not bad per se, just not quiiiiite what I expected with my screen's resolution.Overall, I gave this 5 stars in spite of some small things that I'd rather change, because it's really unique, smaller than a traditional carry on, lightweight (feels lighter than the 7lbs in the description), and all parts are in working order. Very fun.

These are the cutest cases ever and such great quality with convenient pockets and storage space!! I was so worried about other reviewers mentioning the scuffing issue but I figured eh they’re carryon size anyway and crossed my fingers it would come with the protector mentioned. It didn’t. And my first flight I was the last to board so they ran out of overhead bin space. Sure enough, upon landing they were all scuffed up and I was so sad. But as soon as I got home I tried magic erasers and it worked like a charm! Absolutely brand new! So the scuffing issue shouldn’t be a deal breaker at all imo although it would definitely be nice if the advertised cover came with it just in case.

Love this suitcase! It's stylish, well-made and lightweight. The protective cover is also stylish and really protects the bag. The wheels spin quietly and effectively and the inside insert has handy pockets. It also stows easily in the overhead compartment. Bonus points for the compliments that I always get on it - I intend to purchase the larger suitcase for my longer travels!

You only get the 20” case, not the vanity, as others have confirmed. The ad is misleading. Other than that, it is very cute. It does come with a cover, but the cover has a powdery film on it that can’t be removed so far. Capacity wise, it’s not that large. Can be used for a 3 day weekend at most. It’s very light weight. Does not look cheap. Try to purchase when it’s on sale, as it’s only 1 piece and not a set. It came with a scratch in the bottom, which doesn’t show up well on camera.

It is the cuties little carry on I ever saw, but very small. When it arrived and I opened the box I was so excited, the color was gorgeous and the shape was different than any other carry on I’ve seen. But I could not get the lock to open, so I had no choice but to send it back, I was totally disappointed🥲

Gorgeous piece of luggage. Yes, the handle is a little flimsy feeling, and I wish it more heavy duty, but this is a fun piece, and not made for major traveling. I ordered a large plastic type luggage cover and it covers my bag and cosmetic piece great to prevent scratches while traveling. I put it in right before boarding and take off at landing.

This luggage is just adorable. I haven’t taken it anywhere yet not even for a weekend trip. But, as soon as I get a cover, which was not included as per the video on the page which you’d think a cover would be included, I’m afraid to take it somewhere and get it scratched up. There are sites on the web that will make a custom cover but the cover takes a while to be made. I have the lime green one.

Great color and unique style. Able to pack my carry-on essentials. However, this luggage set does not come with the plastic protective cover as advertised. That was one of the major reasons I ordered as your carry-on luggage can really get scratched up, especially when you have to valet check your bag. I actually returned my first set thinking that the absence of a cover was an error. However, when I received the replacement, the cover was not in that shipment either. If the cover was included as advertised, I would have rated this a 5 star.
