Pure And Simple New Zealand Moisturizing Lanolin Cream

Oh my goodness, I have found my holy grail miracle cream! I've been experiencing extremely dry skin conditions, so I wanted to try pure lanolin, as I read that it helps. I don't normally expect something to work immediately, but I applied this as a night cream. It has a very light rose scent to it, and it doesn't linger. (I know that some reviews mentioned the scent being terrible, but those folks must really be sensitive to smells, because really, it's a very light scent.) My skin soaked it up rather quickly, so I thought it wasn't going to do much to hydrate my skin overnight. I woke up, felt my face, and it was like touching a baby's skin. My face was so soft and it felt cushiony and plump. I still thought I was imagining things, so I used it again for the next five nights, and I got the same results every time. I no longer see the dry patches on my face. My makeup even looks better on my improved skin! This is my new Forever-Go-To moisturizer, and it is less expensive than most facial moisturizers that do nothing!

I’ve used this product for several years. Super skin softening. I use it before bed as it’s thick and takes a couple of minutes to soak it but it’s so worth it.

I really like lanolin for dry skin. This is nice and it smells really good.

Nice cream. Texture is on the thicker side which I prefer. Didn’t notice any treatment effect. This will provide adequate moisturization for normal to slightly dry skin. For dry to very dry skin, you’ll need something more heavy duty. Good price point.

One of the best beauty products I’ve ever tried. Pretty sure this product isn’t marketed for a face cream - BUT - dab a bit around that delicate skin below your eyes and watch the wrinkles disappear! If your skin tends to be a bit dry, you’re a bit older and your skin has lost its elasticity, you’ll love this cream. I have a few expensive specialty creams, none compare, and all were 3x the price. No doubt that this product will be replacing those more expensive brands. It even softened a tough little hang-nail, just rubbed a bit of lotion on and was surprised how quickly the rough edge disappeared.

You can spend a ton of money on name-brand moisturizers, and you'll never find one that does a better job than plain old lanolin. After I first bought this item from Amazon, I found I was running low so I went into Walgreens to pick up a jar. Not only do they not stock it, the employee in the cosmetics department didn't know what lanolin was! I'm not faulting her, she was about 25. I guess you need to be of a "mature" age to appreciate the old-fashioned remedies.

My brother who lives in New Zealand, and he sometimes will ship the products to me as gifts, and it is one of the items he has shipped to me. I love the lanolin cream texture is very creamy and soft and smooth. It doesn’t take much to moisturize your skin, and it has a very light scent. I would say nothing in the market can compare with it.
