Water great. Shippers careless
Water was great. Not sellers fault but 2 containers smashed exterior cardboard carton all wet with tops smashed down. Entirely shippers fault not sellers problem. Several other boxes have been damaged too. I would buy again and hope shipping handlers take more care.

Wifey loves it and tells me this has the best taste out of all the other brands she has had. We have subscribed to a weekly subscription of these.

The packaging was all damaged and most of the waters were leaking
What a mess, the box came all damaged and 50% or more of the waters were leaking. Everything was so wet that it destroyed the other paper packaging (the actual water bottles) were all burst at the seams. Cannot use them and now it says they are not eligible for returns. Do NOT order this product if you need drinking water.

Leaking water
Second time i buy this product and both times water has leaked out from the bottles... you can not return this product which is a inconvenience since the product is expensive

Great water, bad packaging.
The water is delicious. However, the packaging is horrendous. Due to being cardboard, the tops frequently come apart from the bottle and you have to pour the water into a cup. The packaging is so bad that our box was already wet when it was delivered.
