I love this beach tent, but there are a couple of minor drawbacks. Pros: I love the soft colors, not too bold or bright. The tent pops up immediately with no assembly! It's light and very easy to carry. I'm short (5'3"), I can fit in the tent in a low beach chair with a little extra headroom. It's easy to secure in place. There are 2 ways to hold it down, tent stakes and sand bags. I've only needed the stakes and it's held well even in the wind. It's a great way to enjoy the beach with some shade. It's easy to get the sand out by holding it up and shaking the sand out. Cons The biggest issue is the travel bag. It's so extremely tight that it's impossible to get the tent back in and zipped up. Even factory packed, it's very tight. So the first time I packed it up, the zipper jammed and made a small rip in the tent. It would only need to be a little bit bigger to be useful. And it is very useful for carrying it, protecting the tent, holding the bag of stakes, and there's folding instructions written on the bag. I hope the manufacturer decides to make the bag bigger. Even with the directions on the bag, it's confusing how to fold the tent. It took me several tries to get it right. If you don't get it the right way, it won't stay down and immediately pop up again.

Love this! It's very room. Lightweight and once you figure out the learning curve of getting it back together, it's even better. Highly recommend it!

I ordered this to use for the summer with my ten year old, but it took six weeks and got this delivered too late for summer use. I waited for the weather to warm, and we took it outside. I played the video to get an idea of how to use it...I was practicing in my backyard before trying on the beach. I'm glad I did, because it opened with force, and I was impressed at first. Seemed perfect. Then I went to fold it back up. ARE YOU KIDDING. I followed the video, all seemed well, then CRACK. The directions worked, but the fiberglass rod broke at the metal junction. Total waste of money, and I cannot return it, because it is past time I'm told. Really upset. I'd give zero stars if I could. Update... I've been contacted by the seller to replace our refund the tent. I chose replacement, as the tent is great when set up. I'll update when it arrives! Thank you AMY!!! My new tent will arrive tomorrow, at no cost, and I'm very excited. I've watched the video on how to close it, and I see how it should go. Advice; watch the video numerous times, it's worth it, don't try to figure it out yourself. There is a method. Once you get it, it's easy ( been practicing on the broken tent, and I hit a eureka moment). I am very happy with how Isiler handled this, and Amy in particular. Thank you!

I really love this tent, in theory. But it was damaged upon arrival. Clearly used, had holes/tears in the side. Does Amazon not check any returns these days?? Very annoying.

The tent works great, but it is tricky to fold up. I put on a mini show every time I try to fold it back up because no matter how often I do it, it still seems wrong until it finally works. But the tent provides instant shade and protection, which is a huge advantage to me over trying to erect a full tent.

Just as the ad states. Light, easy to set up. Worked perfect at the beach with my kids! Roomy shade! Pleased with product.
