Chamois Cream
I have used other chamois cream and really like this product because of several factors: It lasts for the whole ride (even really long rides of 60+ miles), it does have a slight tingling effect when first applied, nice scent, easy to apply, just right consistency, reduces friction and rubbing. It is a little expensive, but it is a top quality product and works. Wish for a less expensive price and larger tube, but will keep using this as it is the best I have found.

Best product for saddle sores
Excellent at reducing friction and saddle sores on the bike. I use it on all rides 15mile or more. It lasts longer in protection than any other product I have used in 20 years of riding. Saddle sores were my number one problem years ago. Use this on the skin as a base layer and then use chamois butter (Button Hole cream) on the shorts and you'll be good for 50-60 miles in the heat also. There is no grease or smell, so it does not stain clothes.

Great for Chafing!
I am not a cyclist, but my husband is. He introduced me to this. This product is amazing. Clears up Chafing faster than Dr. Prescribed meds. Love this! Now, the first application does have a bit if a sting...but you are putting it on raw skin. After that, it just keeps healing the area. Honestly it is 50% better the next day. I typically apply it morning and night until completely healed. 3-4 days....unless continued prolonged wet/sweat contact to the area, then use it to prevent further iritation in the same area. Summer in FL we do not go without this product. Great after theame park days with wet rides, when you walked around to let your clothes dry!

Cringe-worthy name, great product performance
It's hard to tell people that you highly recommend something called DZNuts cream. Even when you feebly mutter that it's called DZ because of the inventor's name: Dave Zabriskie, you still can't avoid people looking at you funny when you tell them about deez-nuts. So, get some masking tape and cover the name, because this product is worth it. Leading up to my first century ride, I found myself constantly upgrading for comfort because the little annoyances of a twenty mile ride quickly become the extreme aggravations of a training ride. I was skeptical of DZNuts, not least of all because of the too cutesy names. But it received good reviews, and I decided to give it a chance. Application is simple: just lather it on where things rub "down there." Yes, when you first apply it you will get the sensation of cooling that feels like it's going to turn into uncomfortable burning, but, at least for me, it never got to that point. I can see where this might go badly if you already have any kind of chaffing that leads to microscopic tears in your skin, but assuming you're in pretty good shape to start out with (and you don't have some kind of intolerance), you will probably not have much more than a moment when you suck your breath in, cross your fingers, and hope that the building sensation subsides. It does. As far as it's effectiveness, I rode multiple 70-80 mile practice rides and a 102 mile main ride. Hundreds of miles and many, many hours on the bike never turned terrible for me, thanks to some well-fitted cycling shorts and DZNuts. I applied it once, tossed it in my pickup bag, and managed to make it smoothly through all my rides. My only knock on the product is that it's a bit on the expensive side. But, if you need something that works, this is it.

So Glad I Discovered This Product!
DZ Nuts is helping me recovery from a severe hematoma in my perineal area. I will continue to use this product every time I get on my bike seat. It's that good!
