Pole dancer's dream
This is by far the best pole dancing grip. I've tried soooooo many others and they make my hand TOO dry. This feels (and smells) like you're rubbing pine tree sap on yourself, which sounds terrible but it's actually perfect. Using this makes you feel like superwoman. Unfortunately because of the high resin content it's not allowed in most competitions. It's also a touch annoying to wipe off poles because it leaves a sticky smudge sometimes. Use non diluted alcohol and some elbow grease. Worth it though.

Super grip won’t be able to slide hand over the pole until it wears down a bit .
Very tight grip. Works good for me because I’m new to pole and don’t have a lot of strength yet. * until it starts to wear off you can’t slide your hands on the pole.

Great product for aerial silks at an excellent price
Daughter uses for her aerial silks class. She says this is very grippy and only requires a few sprays. She also said it doesn't feel gross afterwards or have a bad smell. Excellent quality at a great price point and very easy to use.

AMAZING!!! It really works and helped me grip to the pole so much better.

It’s alright
It has a good grip, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a good pole grip, I worry about safety, especially if you sweat I feel like it can get kind of slick I’ve had sudden slips from the pole, but if you’re just practicing and you need a little extra grip then it’s cool

Allergies
Works great but beware if you are allergic to nuts! It’s made with pine rosin which led to me being covered in hives!

Works great! No residue
Very strong hold. I accidentally used too much and I was sticking everywhere

Amputee Pole Dancer
As an arm amputee, that pole dances professionally, 15/10 recommend. I used to be right hand dominant, and I lost that arm from the elbow down and I got into stripping and I found this as a good pole grip and will not get anything else, check out Nevaeh Knubz/Dances on any platform

Yes it gives you a grip it goes without saying But it dries off quickly and then happens something interesting lol it gives you a loud squeak sound when you spin for example and then you don’t feel a grip nor slide, kind of strange. Anyway that’s how it worked for me

I absolutely *love* 'GRIP-IT'!!! I have been having trouble getting into the 'Extended Butterfly' in Pole class as the grip I have used previously did not provide the grip I needed to confidently hold the position without sliding out of position. When I used 'Grip-it' I was able to get into Extended Butterfly on my first try! As well as ensuring I held the pose confidently for quite a while. There is no scent from it, so it's not irritating to your senses. I feel that it is reasonably well priced as you only need a small amount; and is extremely easy to use. As well as providing great grip, it is also easily washed off without any residue. I learned about 'Grip-it' from my pole instructor and have been recommend 'Grip-it' to the rest of our pole class. I would also recommend it to anyone needing a strong, easy-to-use grip for either pole class or any other activity that requires a strong, confident hold. P.S. It also really does help in picking up screws!!

I had high hopes for this product. When I first applied it to the palm of my racket hand before my tennis game, 2 or 3 squirts I think, it was extremely sticky, like I left some very sweet syrup on my hands to dry. The stickyness after the initial application is quite 'disgusting'. Anyway, after 30 mins of tennis in the hot & humid weather, and with sweaty palms, my racket hand was not sticky anymore! I tried to dry my hands and reapply but it only lasted for 10 mins or so. In some ways, this is better than rosin powder. At least there's no powdery substance left on the racket handle.
