Dirty Rigger Comfort Fit Gloves (Framer Fit) (M)

My favorite gloves for theatrical tech work! First and second finger tips free to tie rope and my hand is fully protected. Great fit!

These have survived a year of stagehand work in big arenas and a few machine washes and still look new. I did have one incident where a piece of metal pinched the exposed part of my finger on a truss and that bled pretty heavily and that would not have been an issue had I full finger gloves on. But to disconnect LEDS, etch you have to have dexterity with fingers. At the same event a hydraulic hose burst and we had hydraulic fluid everywhere and there I was with open fingers and an open wound trying not to poison myself. With hindsight I might put a rubber glove over or under the open finger glove to protect from contamination. There was no damage to the gloves from hydraulic fluid but do keep it off your fingers.

Comfortable and fairly sturdy. There is a thread coming out after two weeks of steady use though.

XXL was a little too tight! I’ve got gorilla mitts! Gave them to a coworker. Too bad because they are nice gloves! Way better than Iron Clad! Please make a XXXL!
