Extremely Satisfied
Bought this bike for my 3.5 year old who is almost 42” tall. He outgrew his 12” balance bike and I was looking for a big boy bike for him. I had made up my mind on a popular brand “woom” bike but it was out of stock. One fine day I happened to stumble upon this bike while browsing through Amazon. It was lightweight as the popular woom bike and so I decided to take buy it. Bike is great. Lightweight. Nice color. Shipping was good. Assembly took a good hour. Quality of bike parts is good. We did ran into an assembly hiccup. The front wheel and the brakes wouldn’t align. This did give us a little frustration. But finally we were able to solve it. As you can see in the pictures, we haven’t put on the pedals yet because my son isn’t comfortable with it for now and we will put it on later. Right now he is super happy with his bike and with the seat at the very lowest position, he can touch his feet on the ground. He’s been riding it like a balance bike and has gotten very comfortable riding/handling the bike. Soon he’ll be ready for pedals. Overall it’s an excellent bike and I am happy with it. Happy Son = Happy Mom !

Perfect bike to learn on
This is a good starter bike for kids. The very light weight and smaller size allowed my 4-year old grandchild to ride it immediately (after training on a 12" balance bike in the preceding year). Some 16" bikes for kids weigh twice as much or more (literally). In 5 years of riding, it's in great shape but pedals and handgrips wore out and were replaced after a few years. The forward-leaning riding position is a big advantage, as well as the belt drive.

Not compatible with training wheels
Lovely bicycle, very solid and sturdy… BUT who makes and sells 16” wheel bicycles for 3yr olds that are NOT compatible with training wheels??? I’m sorry its just stupid. Should be clearly stated that they don’t fit training wheels.

Extremely Light
First off, this is definitely not a Walmart bike. It is extremely light, has a good mix of components, and seems well made. The hand brushed frame is beautiful. The belt drive system is amazing and one less thing to worry about. I put this bike together but left off the pedals so my daughter could use it as a balance bike. After 4 days of gliding through the neighborhood I added the pedals and let her go. She took off immediately. I think the lightness of the bike, as well as the comfortable geometry helped get her going. I did bend the end of the brake cable and wire tie it back to the frame because it poked out and bothered her a bit. I also replaced the seat post clamp with a quick release because her friends wanted to ride her bike too. Honestly this should have been included from the start, along with a kickstand. But these items are very cheap and easily added. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. My daughter is now a good rider and I credit the lightness of this frame for boosting her confidence.

Sticky back brakes
Nice bike. I read other reviews about the back brake being difficult to pull but decided to try it for ourselves. Unfortunately, the front brake pulls very easily and the back brake is sticky and hard for a child to pull. Feels like a safety issue for our four year old who rides pretty hard and fast, we are returning.

Very light bike
This is the lightest kids bike for the money. I was not going to pay above sticker for a used kids bike that rhymes with zoom. A few small issues though. 1. The handlebar stem was a little crooked, which is a quick adjustment. 2. The rear brake routing was poor and the rear brake is stiff. Not sure why on an adult bike, you can do a 1 finger brake, but on this bike you really have to squeeze the brakes. It could also be the pads. But luckily, most kids are also light so it works. 3. I would have liked to have a kickstand that fits the bike, can finding something aftermarket. 4. Sizing is nice, but it is like other 16” bikes and won’t grow that much with the kid. 5. The flat bar is an aggressive riding position, but it works. Some adjustability may be nice. 6. Pedals could be lighter.

Very well made kids bike
We love this bike! We bought it for our tall 4.5 year old son, and he always wants to be outside and ridding his bike. The brakes work great and are easy for him to squeeze on his own. The seat adjusts but the handle bars do not, and I wish they did. It’s very light weight - which is a big deal for me...some bikes are ridiculously heavy for a small child to handle. But, this bike is just the right weight and size for a kid.

Lightweight and great features
So far so good! I’m a bike dude and I’ve also been through several kids and several brands of kids bikes. This bike was a pleasantly surprising find. We got this bike for our 4 year old. He was ready to get on a 16” wheel, but he’s on the smaller side so I wanted a bike that was lighter than your typical 16” bike. This bike fits the bill! The frame is lightweight. I love that it only has hand brakes. Coaster brakes just get in the way of learning to ride. The belt drive is also a nice feature. Kids don’t always remember to bring the bike under cover before it rains, and the belt won’t rust :) Definitely would recommend this bike
