Missing pieces tried to return item comes from UK and too expensive to return
We received this product and it was missing pieces. We tried to return the item but when we took it to the UPS store found that it was gonna cost anywhere from $100-$300 to return the item so now we’re stuck with a product that we cannot use due to poor quality from the seller

Be Careful- This is not for US products
This product does not work for US Hoses. I went to return it and it was going to cost me $160+ to return. More than original product. That is a rip off. Read the fine print or you will be paying a lot for a product you cannot use.

Dont buy
Cant connect hose unless u find a quick connect that matches what they have. I tried to call customer service no answer

High quality
Purchased this reel to store and transport 150 ft of 5/16” steel cable. Perfect. Much better than plastic reels. I would buy it again and recommend to others.
