I didn't use this for its intended purpose. I bought it to be a cool surface for the cats in the heat. It's easily portable, so we can take it into the whichever room we're in. We can keep it part folded and have it at whatever size we want to fit the space we're in. It's much cooler than a rug, and in the heatwave we're having, they need a nice cool surface to sprawl out on that isn't their actual cool pads. Something cool, but not cold, to give them more options. It's also waterproof, so we will be able to put refrigerated / frozen bottles of water on, to give them a good way to keep cool. They love the sound it makes, and they've been playing with toys on it, which is great, as my eldest has only learnt to play in the last couple of years, and has started to play on his own on this mat, which is something we've been trying to get him to do for quite some time. It's very lightweight and portable. It's a good wipe clean surface, but it's very large, so I'm not sure how easy it will be to clean the whole thing properly. I can't comment on how well the stakes work, as obviously I'm not using them. It comes in a nice little bag to keep the mat and the stakes in. It's withstood claws so far, though they've only had it for a couple of days. They are attacking it quite a bit though, as they really do love it, and love trying to get to toys hidden underneath it. So it's definitely not going to fall apart easily. A great cheap purchase to help two cats feel better in the heat.

Absolutely what I wanted - bright, thin and light, waterproof blanket with corners can be fixed! The colour is very bright and summery. The blanket is easily fits in a ladies handbag and it is very light. It is waterproof. The corners can be fixed what is great for windy weather. The mat is big size and it is great for a beach or a family picknic. Thank you!

Folds up really small considering how big it is when you lay it out. We’ve used it as a picnic rug on grass and on sand. Ideally it would have 4 more pegs to pin it down - one in the middle of each side- as it is so light the wind can lift it up a little. Had lots of people asking where it’s from as they want one. Also good it has the handy clip in the bag for easy carrying

Comes in a small bag which Is very handy to carry about. The material itself feels a bit cheap but it’s appropriate for the price paid. Easy to clean as just lift it up and the sand falls off very easy. Comes with pegs so that you can peg it into the grass or sand. Good purchase for holiday

Bought this as a gift to use in the parks of Paris. Picnics have been enjoyed with friends using this blanket. Very useful addition to outdoor life in this busy city.

Very thin fabric which look like some kine of rip stop, synthetic, but fabric no just plastic foil like some reviewers climes. Fairly good protection from wet grass, after some time might require waterproofing. Seems to be easy to clean (sheep poos don't stick to it ;-)). Very lightweight (probably thanks to thickness) fabric itself look a bit like waterproof top for older types of tents, to some extent can be stretched so in right tension it should be good for making temporary rain shelter. Plastic pegs are made of plastic but not very hard( i would say same strength class as thin metal ones) so not very strong. On short i think it's good value for money versatile blanket for short trips. Don't expect any thermal protection of it or added comfort.

This product is good quality and large. It is of course thin, and not padded, as that is what it is advertised as. Very pleased, fits in my day bag easily incase needed with the kids.

Sommerzeit ist nah und lust auf Picknicken, Grillen und Sonne genießen ist schon sehr groß. Natürlich ist alles wegen der derzeitigen Situation nicht möglich, aber wieso sollte man sich nicht darauf vorbereiten können? Diese Picknick decke ist Ideal solche Sommertage. Sehr groß, leicht und flexibel. Diese Decke mit über 2 qm Flächeninhalt ist groß genug für Gruppen von ungefähr 15 Personen, diese ist sehr leicht zum tragen und wegen der dünnen Verarbeitung auch einfach zum falten. Abweisend ist das richtige Wort. Das Material ist so verarbeitet, sodass ein umgekipptes Getränk kein Problem ist. Entweder man wischt es ohne Probleme auf oder lässt es abfließen, das gleiche gilt auch für Sand. Selbst bei etwas windigen Wetter fest. Zu diesem Produkt, werden zur Befestigung auch 4 Bodennägel mitgeliefert, sodass es kein Problem ist wenn mal ein bisschen Wind kommt. Die Decke bleibt auf dem Boden und fliegt nicht gleich weg. Fazit: Persönlich ein muss auf jeder Grillparty im Park o.ä. Für diesen Preis ist alles recht in Ordnung, gibt es nichts zu beschweren. Freue mich die Decke mal öfters zu benutzen. Außerdem wird zu dieser Decke noch ein schöne Sonnenbrille mitgeliefert.

Sehr stabil und echt groß. Mag ungerne den Sand überall...hier kann ich Handtuch und co - alles - drauflegen. Verwenden wir auch zum Picknicken.. Hat auch kleine Haken zum Befestigen am Boden. Coole Sonnenbrille auch dabei. Einzige Manko: etwas schwer wieder in die kleine Tasche zu bekommen.

Das Material ist qualitativ hochwertig uns sehr gut verarbeitet. Es ist groß für circa 4 Personen geeignet. Da ich es erst Ende September erhalten habe, wurde es noch nicht im Außenbereich ausgetestet. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Picknickdecke kam in einem kleinen Beutel (ca. Taschenbuch-Größe) an. An Zubehör waren neben den vier Befestigungsphälen auch noch eine schöne schwarze Sonnenbrille dabei. Während des auseinanderfaltens der Decke, bemerkt man erst die eigentliche Größe. Auf dieser Picknickdecke hat man reichlich Platz. Zusätzlich ist sie durch die Beschichtung ziemlich rutschfest. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
