To be honest I thought the foam would be a bit spongy but was surprised to understand it was quite firm.andncomfortable. I am 80kgs and this product does hold itself pretty well. Overall very good productOnly thing is i would have liked a strap that would enable me to transport this easily. But overall happy with the mattress
