Not Dissappointed - NEWEST UPDATE ON PRODUCT FOR DISBELIEVERS ON REVIEWS
I have been using this peanut butter since last February, 2024 and as of today I have lost 19 lbs, while incorporating this into my diet. I use My Fitness Pal and I can honestly say I have not gained any weight and have still lost weight while enjoying this product. IT IS NOT A SCAM AS WRITTEN BELOW. I eat this with loc cal bread, and even make toasted pb and j sandwiches. Yes, I have read all the reviews online. It is a bit runny so make sure to regularly stir all the way to the bottom of the jar. , but it has a very good taste. I love peanut butter, but not the calories and fat. So far, I have not gained any weight eating it. So it must just pass through your body as fiber. If it becomes available, I will buy again even though it is pricy. It's Peanut Butter without the guilt. I now have bought 4 jars in 11 months. Professor Nutz is actually a pretty simple peanut butter being made with Double Roasted Peanuts, sea salt, the natural sweetener stevia, and safflower lecithin oil. What makes Professor Nutz so magical is that alongside those ingredients mentioned above, are two other natural plant extracts. They are both branded ingredients and named ADVantage Fat Blocker and ADVantage Carb Blocker, and are designed to do exactly what their names suggest. You can read the brand’s full explanation of the two ingredients directly below. “ADVantage Fat Blocker helps molecules join fats and water together, producing an adhesive effect between the two substances. Being bonded so tightly during the digestive process allows it to encapsulate the fatty acids, preventing them from breaking down for absorption in the bloodstream.” “At ADVantage, we’ve discovered a revolutionary, natural, plant-based carbohydrate inhibitor that interrupts the enzyme action of the carbohydrates being digested so the calories from the carbs are not stored for energy.” “By forcing the enzymes to compete against each other, AD Vantage™ Professor Nutz™ Nut Butter successfully blocks the digestion of unwanted carbohydrates into the bloodstream.” Basically, ADVantage’s Professor Nutz is a somewhat typical peanut butter that features two key ingredients to block the digestion of the product’s fat and carbohydrates. Nutritionally all you’re left with is the nut butter’s protein which is 7g per two-tablespoon serving, providing a total of 28 calories.

Don't buy into the hysteria
This is a legitimate product. I ate a jar of this in about a week and still have been consistently losing weight. People shoot this down because peanut butter this low calorie is unheard of, but it doesn't mean it's a scam. There are multiple studies supporting the science behind this product. It's all based on the fact that fiber binds to fat. When you develop a product with a high fiber content and use ingredients such as ground corn husks, the fat will be adsorbed by the fiber and won't be digested by the body. It's an expensive product, no doubt, but not only does it taste and feel like peanut butter, it tastes and feels like GOOD peanut butter. I'd say it's completely worth the price when an entire jar of stuff is less than 400 calories. My only guess is the people who gained weight using this product either overate it, or have a bad relationship with food to begin with and got careless. I'm a strict, careful dieter, and have lost about 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Believe the hype, and if the cost isn't an issue, absolutely get this.

They are lying.
This product was great at first. I have been trying to find peanut butter alternatives, and this was perfect until I read the warning label. It turns out this company is lying about this product's caloric value. They claim it's lower in calories because of added fiber, which makes no sense. They explain it on their website if you're curious. I then discovered multiple people have gained weight because they incorporated this product into their diet. Anyway, this company sucks and should not be lying about how many calories are in their products and using it to market it.

Fantastic!
I love this peanut butter. It is pricier than grocery store brands, but if you are watching carbs, sugar and want a tested peanut butter to avoid aflotoxins, this is the one to get. It comes in different flavors too, like cinnamon, chocolate or caramel.

Taste good
Separated with hard chunk in the middle surrounded by runny oil or something. Had to blend it for a bit to make it usable. But the taste is great. For the cost though I with continue to mix powdered peanut butter with my yogurt and honey. Still a zero fat option and just as easy if I gotta mix it anyway.

Almost as good as the real thing
I’ve been looking for a low calorie peanut butter for what seems like forever. The best thing I’d found is PBfit, which is powdered and about 60 kcal per serving. This is an astonishing 28 kcal per serving (2 tbsp) and taste almost as good as regular peanut butter, which has almost 10x the calories.
