It fits perfectly. It comes with all the hardware needed to work. I was impressed with the product. I have it on my 2005 wrx.

All you need to do is install the sti front bumper side splitters and it will fit seamlessly. It's a more aggressive upgrade for any rs or wrx as well so it's a win win.

Q: Will this fit an 04 Impreza Ts?

I put this on my 2005 WRX Wagon and it fit perfect. However I have the STI sedan front end conversion on my car. I would be worried about the gap in the middle of the front bumper. It might be to tall to fit in your bumper.
