These are great! I literally can do every strength move with these that I could at the gym. Definitely order heavier size than you think you need. I ordered the The blue (heavy) band is more like a light resistance band in my opinion. I definitely recommend these!

This elastic band IS IDENTICAL to the one I use at the PT clinic. I actually took a picture at the clinic hoping to find the exact same band and I scored. Well made, with multiple;e grab loops so you can easily select the level of resistance desired. Very reasonably priced for the quality.

Recomendable para adultos mayores o para calentar al hacer ejercicio de fuerza

Durch die Schlaufen ist das Band meiner Meinung nach deutlich handlicher und besser einsetzbar als Thera Bänder. Das Cando-Band kräuselt sich nicht zusammen, reißt nicht so schnell, kann mit Clips an z.B. der Sprossenwand befestigt werdennund man kann es waschen. Habe noch keine Langzeiterfahrung damit.Das Band gibt's in verschiedenen Stärken ähnlich der Thera Bänder, wenn auch die Cando Bänder im Vergleich etwas schwächer anzusetzen sind (heißt: grün ähnlich grün von Thera Band, nur etwas schwächer).Hoffe, dass der Bislang prositive Eindruck bleibt!
