They also charge fairly quickly, probably around 90 minutes. After charging, one of them lost a charge instantly so I was concerned. After another full charge it has been working well and holding a charge so maybe there was some minor glitch with the charging chip in the controller. I will continue testing but overall highly recommended kit. I am very pleased to have solidly working oem DS4 controllers again. Also recommend giving your DS4 a nice clean while it's open. I had only one bad battery and the other is for my other PS4 pro controller when its time to replace that. Obviously its better than the Sony battery that failed in mine and I have had both since the system was new. **Q: How long does the battery need to charge when I first get it?** A: Mine came about half charged or so. Didn’t take long to charge maybe an hour or two. These batteries did restore a lot of life and game time to my controllers though.
