TOMS Black Canvas Women's Classic 10002472 (Size: 9.5)

I was so happy to have found these on Amazon, yes at first they were tight and once I wore them AT HOME for an hour they started to loosen up a bit, then over a couple more times of wearing them they are finally ready to use on all day trip away from home! Went out for a day trip and my feet made it through without hurting.

I always order TOMS a half size below what I wear in my Nikes because they stretch to fit my foot. I typically order from the website, but I took a chance and purchased from Amazon this time. I was pleased that they were the exact same quality! As a teacher who is on her feet all day, these are absolutely perfect. Very comfortable and casual.

No issues with the product. Just the same as if I went to Journey’s and bought them. Just a little cheaper which is a PLUS :) I would say that they are true to size, as once they are “broken in” the don’t feel tight fitting. So no need to size up! Will order more!!!!

A little snug the first couple days but not to bad. I wear my black ones a lot lately and find them very comfortable and they go with most everything.

Great shoe just too small. I purchased a 10 and it was too large; sent it back for a 9.5 and that was way too small. I tried.

Bought these for my MIL who is in a nursing home and very particular about her footwear. She loves these shoes. They’re very comfortable and fit well.

Honestly these are the only flats I use for work. I’m able to add a gel in some with these for added comfort. I travel for work so I need to be as comfortable as possible.

This product is true to size. The fit may be too narrow for someone with a wider foot.

Very comfortable to wear around home or for running errands around town. Well made, quality materials and look great.

These are genuinely very comfortable. I like that they could be washed but I have had no need yet. Sizing is the only issue. I read a lot of comments saying they magically transform, I didn't find that! I am usually a 6 and that is fairly generous. I do have quite wide feet though and a broken/damaged toe so I didn't want to risk too small so got a 6.5. I could get them on but it took probably a full 5 minutes. Then they were very uncomfortably tight. That did get a little better and I wear them but they are still awful to get on. But they were far better on my weird feet than I was expecting so I got 7.5 and these are so much better, they possibly are fractionally big but I like them so much more. I can't fully comment yet on durability as I haven't had them that long. But the sole looked like it had significant wear after first use, so I really hope they last well. Personally I think they are a bit ugly, but since I'm function over fashion the comfort wins and they are very comfortable! As long as they last OK I will definitely be buying again.

I like TOMs, nice simple slip ons. The problem isn't the item itself, but the shipment/shipper... I kept receiving the Women size 9 despite selecting Men's size 9 and also talked to customer service about the replacement but to no avail. Returned it and am getting some other brand with clear sizing for men.

Ordered a men's size 9, but they shipped a women's size 9 instead. Can't be bothered to find a printer to ship a return label and they fit my girlfriend, so I guess it sort of worked out in the end. All the same, don't trust the sizes they list.
