Gorgeous and the rainfall shower head is wonderful. It was fairly simple to install. I have had this for 2 years now and it has performed beyond expectation the whole time. It transitions nicely from the faucet spout to the rainfall shower head to the handheld spray. It is a clean transition with no leaking or dripping in any of the modes. I love that there are separate knobs for the hot and cold water so that I can control both the temperature and flow of the water because when I am conditioning my hair I don't want to turn the water completely off so it is nice to be able to have only a light flow so I am not wasting a ton of hot water. This rainfall shower head feels so luxurious.

Excellent quality, durability, flexibility of use. I mounted this in a beach house outdoor shower, exposed to salt air & rain, three years ago, and it functions just fine, even when it sits unused for months at a time. You can use the spigot, the rain head, or the hand show (6 settings on that!), or rain head and hand shower at once…great shower! And, easy to assemble/install…well-protected shipping packaging, too. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying that you will not find better customer service than that offered by the seller. The shower has assembled from the box only accommodates for a very short adult or child. I looked around the question and answer section on the product to find answers about getting an extension. I observed that the seller offered a free extension if you contact them and prove that you purchased their Fossett. I did just that. I Purchased the extender, and the company refunded the money back to my MasterCard after the purchase was received. Another issue I had with this was getting it to fit in my antique clawfoot tub. Make sure to purchase swing arms with some good length on them if you’re clawfoot tub is older. The shower itself is very elegant in its aesthetic. The construction is very sturdy. The handheld sprayer is very convenient. The showerhead flows brilliantly. With regard to the swing arms that I referenced, I bet the seller would have provided those at no cost, but I had not explored the reviews or the Q&A before ordering them. So all in all I did spend about $50 on supplemental swing arms. But at such a great price point, I still feel that this kit is offered at a good price. And again, the customer service offered by the seller is unbeatable. And the quality of the product itself seems very strong. If you do not have plumbing experience, you will need to get a plumber to install this for you. This is a more advanced DIY project, But the end result is well worth the work.

Looks great in my historic home! Read the instructions on how to use as switching between the various modes too a little getting used to.

This shower head arrived in a bizarre wrapping but was un-damage and in perfect condition. We hand installed it yet but it is beautiful!
