I bought this as my first zinc supplement but I quickly reverted to Vimergy because I could not take the acidity and taste this one had. I won't buy it again. And I've been on Vimergy since.

Have been using this for a while, but get a really dry sore tongue whenever I use it. Even when I dilute it. Am sure that it provides the zinc needed but this side effect effect for me means I probably won't be buying it again.
