Best value BCAAs out there. Just wish they would bring back their original scoops that you could attach to the rim. ALLMAX bring back the original scoops!

Helps with muscle sorness from working out
Aminocore BCAA powder helps a lot with muscle soreness, which is what I was looking for. It mixes well in a shaker. I mix it up in a quart jug and drink it during my workouts. The only downside is that it has kind of a funky taste. Not horrible, but it could be better. All in all a good product.

I have been drinking Allmax for years and years. I hope they don't run out of Grape. As far as delivery - it said one day then it took 4 days.
