Who Was Ida B. Wells? Paperback – Illustrated, June 2, 2020

Great buy! We got this for our kiddo along with the Ida B Wells Barbie. Great history lesson and collectible/fun toy to make it interactive.

I have this book in my classroom next to the Barbie doll of Ida b. Wells. Even though I teach high school students, this book has already been picked up and read several times because students wanted to know why she was special enough to have her own Barbie doll. Naturally, she is also someone I teach about in my classes, but I love the fact that this easily accessible book has spurred my students' interest to learn more and now when we get to this part of history, the students will be excited to share what they've already learned.

I gave the books to my granddaughter her and her mother loved them, very educational. I’m ordering the other Who Was books for my granddaughter.

It was exactly as I expected to be. Also, it arrived earlier than expected.

Great book, as usual. Easy to read and very informative for your elementary school child.
