It's a very nice mat. It's it's not very stretchy. The carry strap is convenient. Standard length and thickness for a little bit of cushion but not a lot of bulk. My only complaint is it gets indents if you leave anything on it or if it gets crinkled. Other than that, it's soft and cleans well so you don't end up with a lasting outer.

It's a good starter mat, but not ideal for hot yoga. After about 15 uses it started pilling all over, leaving me covered in little rubber bits after class! I also slide a little bit (not a ton) once I start sweating. It's great for less intense, un-heated practice!

I like that it’s thick and does not slip, i use it to stretch everyday! The color is also very cute and i like that it comes with a bag to carry it to the park, gym or wherever.
