"Product arrived on time and packaged well in a sealed box and container. Love this product. First time user but purchased based on other reviews. I am not disappointed at all.I know it is a neck cream but I am using it on my face and hands as well.It smells wonderful,not to heavy just a nice scent, lightly floral. I was concerned about using it on my face since it does have a scent to it, but am happy to say that after about 2 weeks now I have had no issues with breakouts. It does leave your skin very soft. Because I like the fragrance this is why I use it as a hand cream as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it seems to be making my nails look better too.. My nails were sadly abused by decades of acrylics, but I removed them around June 2016 and have not put them back on. Unfortunately with this much abuse it will take years probably for them to look good again, but this cream seems to be helping them even though that is not what it is intended for. As for wrinkles, or firmness I am not sure I have used it long enough to make an honest statement, though I do think it is helping. All in all I do like the product a lot and will continue to use it. I also want to comment on the customer service. I had a bit of an issue when I first started using it in that my jawline seem to have little bumps on it. I could not definitively say though that it was the cream, as I had also changed my foundation at the same time. The company responded to an email that I sent to them and was more than helpful. They even went as far as taking to their chemist about my concern. It was suggested that I stop using it for a few days and see if anything changed once I started up again. I am happy to say that it appears to have been my foundation and not the cream. Once my skin was cleared up, I went back to the cream (along with using my old foundation) and I have had no issues at all. They have followed up with me a couple of times. Very very helpful.

I’ve been using this cream for years, it’s nice and creamy, it’s not greasy, feels very light on my face and neck, it’s great for traveling, it’s just a great product

Tomorrow will mark 1 month since having this product (Feb11-Mar10). I didnt post before and after pictures because I can't see much of a difference between the pictures (shouldve taken them at a better angle), but I do see a small difference in person. I used [a pump and a half of] this product (along my jawline and down to my neck - trying to tighten up double chin) twice a day consistently for almost 3 weeks and then things started getting kind of busy and I found myself only using it once a day and I've missed two days recently. I've seen people get amazing results within a month and i cant say I've seen the same. But I do see a small change! I bought this to tighten up under my chin for a trip next month so hopefully two months is all i need! I will update by the time the trip comes, the only thing i will be changing about the routine is how much i use (1 pump instead of 1.5). This product is very moisturizing, I was tempted to put it on my entire face a few times. A little goes a long way! The scent is kind of like a men's cologne but more subtle. Update (mid of April): Soo with COVID-19 things have been a little hectic so I haven't been consistent as I'd like however I can finish this review. I do like how this product works. I use it for my double chin that came along with weight gain. When used consistently, it really worked! It was great to an extent meaning it only helped so much. Still, its done more than neck "exercises" have or anything else has in less time even though it took a while. So overall I am pleased with what the product does. I would definitely recommend! However, ~unrealistically~ I was expecting something that would last a little longer than a day or two after forgetting to use it. So, again, would def recommend, especially if you can keep up with this in your daily routine!

After being frustrated with a cost of higher end products I decided to try Desert Beauty Neck and Decollete PEPTIDE CREAM, based on reviews. I was over the moon with the price and results of others. GETS A LITTLE GROSS yet everybody is different and I just felt that my experience could be good information for others. I had been using this product for (2) years (Maybe just under) and I started noticing phlegm backup in my throat. Now, I have allergies and simply attributed the reaction to allergies. I also started noticing SKIN TAGES on my neck in (2) different areas. (2) skin tags total. The more I used the product (2) x a day (AM and PM), the more I noticed them growing. (getting bigger) After deciding that I had had enough of the phlegm backup and was concerned about the skin tags, I STOPPED using this product and went with another over the counter product to see if there was any correlation between my reaction(s) and the product itself. (Please note: I had had NO REACTION to this product until the last few months of using it) Low and behold: The phlegm issue pretty much subsided within a few days of not using this product and as of now (it has been about a 2-3 weeks that I started the new over the counter product) the SKIN TAGS ARE GONE! I have NOT done ANY review on the ingrediance as I may be allergic to SOMETHING in this product. Yes, I would recommend this product yet I would advise those with allergies to determine if they may have a reaction to an ingredient within it. I believe that is what it was for me. Geez, the things we go through for beauty. I would love to be my husband for a day and simply be concerned with a clean shirt!

This was a nice moisturizer... but way overpriced for the neck firming benefits it claimed yet I did not experience. I trialled other luxury derm neck creams one at a time for 3-4 weeks each and this one was ultra disappointing. I've certainly had better results with lux-derm retail products Neostrata's Triple Firming Neck Cream and Strivectin's Advanced Plus Neck Cream (and can wait for 'points events' and big discounts at retail stores like Shoppers in Canada). I did really like the smell though!

I tried this cream after researching a lot of Peptide Creams in the market & I'm So Glad I took a chance on it!! It does what it promises to do; great at plumping up neck skin & firming decollete area without being heavily scented. Definitely a must have cream for your daily regimen:-)

Absorbed well. Neck was looking a bit saggy. I do see an improvement. Not greasy.

I used this product for a couple of days and had to discontinue use. It made my neck painfully itchy and very red. I still have some red bumps and have not used it for days. I don’t have sensitive skin and have never had a problem with any kind of cream...so beware.
