Delicious Seaoning!
This is authentic Cuban delicious stuff ! Superb seasoning for anything and works well as an ingredient in a home made pork rib rub. I made Cuban Arroz a la Chorrera and both me and my wife loved it. This ingredient is a must have. Mild yet wonderfully encompassing. I will make this rice dish again, and will also keep BIJOL in my spice cupboard all the time! This seasoning would be perfect on a pepperoni pizza, strangely enough.
