Postage Stamp Daron Pan Am DC-10 1/400

I’ve always admired the Lockheed Constellation. To me it’s one of the most beautiful big aircraft ever made. These “Postage Stamp” models are very detailed and true to scale. They give an aircraft model collector a practical way to get some of their favorites and not take up a lot of space.

Very durable. The landing gear is very detailed and really strong. It’s heavy. Has all the logos and all the small little details. Worth the price compared to other brands.

When I got it, I expected it to be In a box and it told me it was 1/100 scale and I though it was bigger until I saw it in person, and ten it said it was 1/400 so please make it bigger and for me the front landing gear fell off after I accidentally bent it! Very small and very fragile front landing gear that falls off easily. Other than that, I Liked the detain and looks! Id 100% prefer this model!

The Daron Skymarks line is fantastic price friendly entry intro for the AV enthusiast. After repeatedly starting expensive hobbies and discontinuing them to the dismay of my wife I finally found a product that I'm excited about and is budget friendly. I would categorize this model line in the mid-range. Are you getting a die cast body with fantastic liveries and an a ton of options.. Yes. Are you getting a high end detailed model...No. For the price point this is perfect for children that are excited about commercial aviation, and equally as good for the collector. I like that for between $20-65 you can get a new plane quite often to expand your collection as you budget allows. I'm currently at 7 models and growing. As a kid I would have given an arm to have any of these planes. I'm very happy I found this line, and intend to buy them all!

This was just what I was waiting for. I received it in two days because of my trail membership with Prime. This model is like most of Daron Skymarks products. Realistic and very detailed. It's a beautiful model and don't worry it snaps together very easily. I recommend this and most Daron Skymarks products that are at least 1/200 because the smaller ones aren't as nice as the larger ones. It's well worth the money if you're serious about this replica of the 747.
