I decided to try these after noticing excessive hair breakage and shedding recently. I’m 37 with long hair which has generally been fairly thick, but there was a noticeable unwanted change. After a few weeks of these vitamins I’ve noticed a reduction in the amount of shedding, particularly when washing my hair. It feels healthier too. The best part though has been my skin - I’ve always struggled with hormonal acne and just grew to accept it as a part of life. But since using these my spots have pretty much vanished, amazing!! Taste like baby sick. Parmesan cheese silky. But my hubby runs in bedroom when I eat them. My hair grew thick no hairless. It stopped I used vitabiotics skin tablets and 3 of these stopped. I also use Dr shampoo.hair grows fast even leg hair is bushy. I'm happy. Hair grows fast take with the skin caps version.

Did I notice anything spectacular no,.. I like gummies, so for me, the Gummy taste was amazing they were not too sugary,... I don't like gummies where there is sugar on the outside off the gummies/ quoted in sugar.

These are brilliant. My hair and nails plus skin have improved. I have a dry itchy scalp and it's not as itchy. My nails are pure white now. Just ordered more as they are on offer. They are 23pd in Holland and Barrett.

I received the items quite fast, however next time I hope to receive the item not the expired soon item, this one was expired on Dec 2025.

Perfectil'in ilk kasetini bitirdikten sonra farkı hemen hissederdim ama bunda hiçbir etkisini hissetmedim. Bir daha gummies olanını almam ve tavsiye etmem.

Horrible taste, no effect
