Taste good very close to the fresh vegetabl. I can only give you a good tip is to really let it soak in water before cooking it, is thick enough to make it a soup or as a stew with chicken or meat.

Leaves come completely dry, so there is also some powder in the box, as they are VERY TENDER, like a moth - break easily. NO ISSUE for my use... I put 4 handfuls in blender, and 10 oz water, blend and drink glass a day for nutritional benefit. One box - used as I say above - will last you 6-8 days - well worth if for your health. It is supposedly nutrient rich, and a powerful healer. Just finished my first box today, and have a second box to go through. If you will use it as a drink like me, do so at NIGHT as - it is also a body CLEANSER, which is GOOD, but that makes you tired. However, if you are headed to bed, this is actually a PLUS. So - drink sometime between supper and bedtime. So...it ADDS powerful nutrients, and REMOVES poisons. It is considered a POWERFUL healer among Africans, who have a different name for it. English name for Molokhia is 'JUTE'. (If some leaves have become powder in the bag due to crushing - which happens VERY easily, I just put the powder in the blender also - it is STILL Molokhia...) So far, no powerful difference in my health, BUT I KNOW it is doing me GOOD! Will update as soon as I can give CONCRETE EVIDENCE for changes in my body from this... but will keep using indefinitely. An African person says this cured someone's cancer. (BY THE WAY - so do non-organic apricot seeds. You can get them on Amazon too.)

I don’t know if the batch I received was bad or not… but when I was Using the same recipe I’ve used for years the broth was dark like tea and it had the most pungent after taste. I had to throw the entire pot away. It was not palatable at all. It’s a shame bc I’ve bought this several times before. I will Not be purchasing again.
