These work perfectly on my cardigans that don't have buttons to keep them closed. If you can sew on a button, you can sew these on. They look pretty and they work great. I even have two sweaters that came with buttons that don't stay closed so I took the buttons off and put these on. Now I wear the sweaters so much more! These are way better than a broach that would put holes in the sweaters and they work better than magnet buttons for sweaters that fit snuggly.

I purchase for costume capes I made for the granddaughters. They are small but worked perfect for what I needed

Pretty and strong. However, each piece measures only 1 1/4" x 3/8", too small for my project.

Too heavy for my need

I used this item to make a book clasp for a scrapbook. The clasp was thicker than I expected and for the price I was very happy. (Especially as I received 6 clasps.) I definitely plan to buy more in different colors.
