So I have been reading up on polyphenols, free-radicals and their benefits for maintaining good health- gotta keep the healthy life up to snuff, so I tried Pom juice and have been concerned about the extra juice-sugar calories. Then I saw that there was an option to just use capsules instead and decided it was a great way to cut the juice-sugar intake and lower our expenses too.
