Just as Shown Clip and All
I will update this with pictures later this week and again after using the product for a time. At this point it is worth 5 stars. Everything in the listing and picture is accounted for. It comes in a sturdy little box and has a handy metal clip. looks to be some type of sturdy composite material. It has a printed brand name LEE from Colorado, so I assume it is made in the USA.

Food inexpensive pipe wrap.
Worked great. Just what I needed to get straight lines on pipe. Seems to be of good quality. Great for the hobbiest welder.

But the upside to it is the wrap around is a Lee brand which is very good quality.
I was expecting a pink wrap around with purple writing. What I received was tan with black writting. But the upside to it is the wrap around is a Lee brand which is very good quality.
