I wear matte makeup plus liner and mascara and it still takes it all off. It’s not meant to be scented but I like the way it smells because it’s clean. The consistency is very soft. Idk how to explain it but it feels like silk to the touch? Anyways, it leaves my skin feeling super clean and soft. I’ll never switch from this cleaner. Love it.
